ADCHEM is Puerto Rico's first Pharmaceutical Grade, Validated Warehouse operation with Material Management and logistics services. We meet or exceed all pharmaceutical requirements for storage and management of pharmaceutical materials.
ADCHEM was conceived, designed and built from zero to exceed Pharmaceutical Industry requirements. The objective?- To become part of the pharmaceutical supply chain, thus, saving the industry the need to create or expand warehouse operations and allow pharmaceuticals to focus on manufacturing.
Our staff is from mayor pharmaceutical companies and our business experience in the pharmaceutical industry is well proven in areas such as analytical instrumentation, validation, warehousing/distribution and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant information systems.
Quality Control and ValidationADCHEM employs standard operating procedures and maintenance programs for its equipment.
Environmental ControlTemperature and humidly control and monitoring is available for the whole warehouse. This is a validated system and is backed by 7x24 power plant.
Pest Control
From group up, the ADCHEM lot was pre-treated for pest control. ADCHEM is not a repurposed warehouse facility. In compliance with pharmaceutical practices ADCHEM has a detailed pest control program with pest control stations throughout the facility. An external, third party contractor maintains and verifies the quality of bug and rodent stations. ADCHEM includes in its Pest Control Program, control charts of daily monitoring of each station.
Security
ADCHEM Manatí has a dedicated 24x7 security guard station and vehicle and personnel access control with digital video surveillance and recording inside and outside the facilities. Surveillance video feed is available for third party surveillance and response agencies.
Documentation
Monthly or quarterly reports provide the customer a detailed analysis of his operation focusing specially on deviations and non conformances. This reports include control charts, T/H charts, occupancy charts, images of deviations and more.
Information Systems
ADCHEM features a state of the art Warehouse Management System. This system controls every event of the warehouse operation including receipt, put away, cycle counting and weighing; among and other operations. The system employs wireless terminals to guide the operators in the most effective route through the warehouse, while logging into a historic record each and every detail of the operation. An Electronic imaging system documents all material deviations and incoming/outgoing traffic. These systems are available through the Internet to customers. This way paperwork is minimized. Upon previous arrangements, ADCHEM may use a customer's system if so required.
